Exchange / Return Policy – Within 7 days of receiving the product
We are committed to providing you with high quality products. In a rare event, if you aren't fully satisfied with our product or is received in a 'damaged' condition, you can request an Exchange or Refund within 7 days of receiving the order.
We allow exchange/refund with the following exceptions:
Eyewear: [all models] with the following are not accepted for exchange/refund:
- Scratches on frame or lens that were not present at the time of delivery. We do a rigorous 3-step quality check to ensure that the product reaches you in perfect condition.
- Product damaged due to mishandling post delivery { product is de-shaped, with visible intentional damage to the product }
- Eyewear case or other standard packaging is damaged or torn or otherwise not in the same condition as it was received.
- Accessories (Lens cleaner & others): Refund/ exchange is not allowed on accessories.
- Our courier partner will collect the order from the address provided by you and will get it back to us.
Note: Shipments returned through any other logistic partner will not be accepted.
For products with Progressive lens fitted in them, the lens will not be replaced as it is already mentioned during initial purchase.
Return Charges
Domestic Order: Our courier partner will collect the order from the provided address (within India). Customers need not pay any shipping charges to return the product.
How to initiate the exchange process?
- Customers should write to support@templwearables.comwithin 7 days from the receipt of product.
- Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from the customer support team about the same.
- All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused, in packed condition. The courier partner will not accept return shipments in case the package is not sealed by the customer.
- Place the invoice/guarantee/ user manual card inside the package for the return process. Without these, returns will not be processed.
- In the meantime, you can reach out to our sales or support team who will assist you with placing the exchange order.
NOTE: We shall not entertain any request after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Manufacturing Defect – within warranty period.
- Customers should ensure that the original invoice/ user manual is available.
- In case a replacement frame is required, the customer will be given an option of buying the same or a higher priced frame. In case he/she chooses to go for a lower priced frame, the price difference will not be refunded.
- In case of manufacturing component issue, the relevant component will be replaced, sometimes at an extra cost (applicable)
- Any damage, or usage beyond warning cannot be replaced or repaired or entertained.
- In case the customer has got the frame fitted with a lens from some other shop (non templ), we will not take responsibility for the frame.
- Shipping charges may apply.
- Any decision on replacement, repair, etc… will be analysed by the templ team after receiving and examining the product. Additional cost decisions will be made and will be implemented only after customer’s approval.
